This service is similar to the basic Staging Consultation except we will be collaborating via the internet and phone. We can even refer you to an Accredited Staging Professional in your area. Simply follow the instructions on the contact us page and we’ll get started on staging your property.
- Occupied Home Staging
After our bid for services has been accepted we go to work staging your property. We use your existing furnishings and accessories when possible. Staged 4 You provides all of the personnel and supplies needed to pack, label, and move all excess items to a designated area. We even stage the exterior of your property. Remember, most potential buyers begin forming opinions about your property from the curb.
- Vacant Home Staging
We stage key areas of the property with pieces from our inventory of fine furnishings and accessories to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Statistics show that vacant homes take 50% longer to sell and sell for less money that staged homes. Our rental service is tailored to the staged home market and offers our clients more competitive pricing with shorter rental time periods than traditional furniture rental companies.
