I would like to thank you for your work and effort on staging the house I had located in Hammond Hall Subdivision in Anderson, SC. I have always wanted to put furniture in my spec houses to allow a prospective buyer to get a feel for how the house will look once purchased but, I was not willing to spend the money and then find storage for all the furniture once the house sold. You offered me an affordable way to stage the house without having to spend $15,000 - $20,000 on furniture and sod.
I completed construction of this house in October of 2006. I was given your name by my realtor, you responded by visiting the house and working up an estimate to place furniture in key areas of the home and also painting the dead grass green to give the house a nice curb appeal (I can not believe how nice the grass looked once you painted the yard). You also gave me recommendations about adding shutters, cleaning the gutters, and a few other items that would spruce up the appearance.
